Learn how to use yoga props to massage and stretch your own tight, achy muscles from your IT bands and glutes to your feet, shoulders and back, plus a few surprising areas that can make a huge difference in your daily life! (Never thought I would be advocating for massaging your armpits, but trust me, it's fantastic!) We will be utilizing dense yoga therapy balls and foam rollers to practice these techniques on ourselves. No partners required!
